We will need your first and last name, and the month of your birth as well as your email address. (Don't worry we aren't asking for the year). Membership in our Birthday Club enrolls you in our occasional email blast (sent in a suppressed recipient format). Should you unsubscribe from our mailing list, you will be removed from the Birthday Club.
The Birthday Club benefit is not valid in conjunction with any other offer (including happy hour, dining awards or in-kind trade certificates), on holidays, or during prix-fixe or special events. Only one birthday club certificate may be used per table/reservation/group.
In the event that at least four guests do not order entrees, we reserve the right to determine what food item, if any, for which the Birthday Club membership will be honored.
